Town/Village Planning Board Meetings are the third Wednesday of every month, 6:30 PM, 21 S. Main St., Hammond NY 13646.

Paperwork must be done prior to meeting and include all materials for review at meeting.

Include Agent Authorization Form, if applicable.

Property Subdivision:

Projects Requiring Subdivision Approval:

1. Whenever a parcel of land is subdivided into two or more parcels

A. Must have Planning Board approval before a sale of lot

B. Must have Planning Board approval before the construction of any structure on the subdivided lot

Application Requirements:

1. Application for Subdivision Review Form

2. Short Environmental Assessment Form

3. Owner Authorization for Subdivision

4. Subdivision Plat (Map)

Site Plan Review:

Projects Requiring Site Plan Approval:

1. Expansion on existing use, and require Building Permit or Certificate of Occupancy

2. Addition to an existing use, and require Building Permit or Certificate of Occupancy

3. Change in principal use, and require Building Permit or Certificate of Occupancy

4. The construction of location of structure within 75 feet of the centerline of any public road or highway, and require Building Permit or Certificate of Occupancy

5. Development Plan Map
