Notice: The Town of Hammond is soliciting Sand Bids for the next 2 winter seasons, 2026-2028. Bids are for 4000 ton/year of sand using County certified scales. Bid price is for pick-up by the Town at pit. Complete pick-up by November 2, 2026. Bids must be sealed and marked Sand Bid and received by 3:00pm, September 9, 2026 at the town clerk's office, 21 S. Main St., Hammond. NY 13646. The Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
