lOCAL LAW PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the Town of Hammond will hold a Public Hearing during the Regular Town Board Meeting on November 11, 2026 at 7:15pm at the Hammond Town Office Building, 21 S. Main St. Hammond, NY. Discussion will be on Local Law #2 of 2026:  A Local Law Revoking and Replacing the Town of Hammond Local Law to Regulate Use of the Town Dock of the Town of Hammond. Copies of the local law are available at the town clerk's office. All parties will be given the opportunity to be heard. Persons may appear in person or by agent. Written comments and special conditions must be received prior to hearing.
