PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Hammond Town Board will hold a public hearing on October 14, at 7:00 pm, in the Municipal Building at 21 South Main Street, Hammond, New York 13646, to receive public comment concerning the adoption of a local law that would allow the Town of Hammond to adopt a budget for the fiscal year commencing January 1, 2027 that provides for a tax levy which is greater than the tax levy limit as defined by General Municipal Law §3-c.
