NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE
TOWN ASSESSMENT ROLL
(Pursuant to Sections 506 and 526 of the Real Property Tax Law)
HEARING OF COMPLAINTS
Notice is hereby given that the Assessor of the Town of Hammond
County of St. Lawrence has completed the tentative assessment roll for the
current year and that a copy has been left with the Assessor and Town Clerk at the Town Hall, where it may be seen and examined by an interested person until the fourth Tuesday in May (or other date, if applicable, as adopted by Local Law No. 1-2006). The tentative
assessment roll is also available for viewing on the assessing unit's website-
www.townofhammondny.gov or the St. Lawrence County website-
www.stlawco.gov- per requirement of RPTL section 1590(2).
The Assessor, or her designee, will be in attendance with the

on Saturday, May 16, 2026 Hours 8:00AM-12:00PM
on Monday, May 18, 2026 Hours 8:00AM-12:00PM
on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 Hours 12:00PM-4:00PM
The Board of Assessment Review will meet on Wednesday, May 27, 2026 between the hours of 4PM and 8:00PM in said town at the Hammond Town Hall to hear and examine all complaints in relation to assessments, on the application of any person believing himself to be aggrieved.
A publication containing procedures for contesting an assessment is available at the assessor's office.
