NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be conducted by the Hammond Board of Appeals at 21 S. Main St., Hammond NY 13646 on August 20, 2026 at 3pm to consider the following matter:

Frederick Buchanan of 98 Chippewa Creek Rd (Tax Map #: 111.019-1-1) is requesting an area variance to construct a cement pad to be used for future building. The variance request is for relief from side yard setback requirements for the R-A Zoning District. The Appeals Board will hear all persons who wish to make public comments regarding this matter during this time.
