Main St., Hammond, NY 13646 on September 8, 2026 at 3pm to consider an Area Variance request for the property located at 4 River Rock Point, Hammond, NY 13646 with Tax Map # 111.070-1-20. This request is for relief from the rear yard setback requirement in the Shoreline District. The Appeals Board will hear all persons who wish to make public comments regarding this matter during this time.
