PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Planning Board of the Town of Hammond will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at 6:45PM at the Hammond Town Hall, located at 21 S. Main Street, Hammond, NY. Comments will be taken on an application from St. Lawrence Seaway RSA Cellular Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless proposing the construction of an unmanned public utility/personal wireless service facility on a 100± ft. x 100± ft. (10,000± sq. ft.) portion of land n/f owned by Brian and Elizabeth Bawden and located off 119 Factory Road, Town of Hammond, County of St. Lawrence, State of New York (Tax Map Parcel No. 141.001-1-24.2). 

The Site Plan Application has been filed with the Planning Department of the Town of Hammond and can be found at townofhammondny.gov or may be reviewed during normal business hours at the Town Hall.
